I am a ceramic artist and potter based in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
My love for clay began when I was studying sculpture at Boston University, and I have continued working in the medium at various pottery studios ever since.
At Boston University I focused on traditional figurative sculpture, working with clay and then casting the figures in plaster, bronze, and concrete. After graduating with a BFA I was commissioned to make a sculpture for the School of Management, where it is now on permanent display.
I love making functional pieces that people can use and enjoy daily. Each piece I make is thrown on the wheel or handcrafted individually, making it one of a kind.
I found a creative outlet that I am very passionate about and am continually striving to learn and grow from it.
